How do I get started with FlowMint?

Install FlowMint from the Shopify App Store, run brand analysis (takes ~30 seconds), review your recommended flows, and generate your first email templates. The whole process takes about 5 minutes.

What email platforms are supported?

We currently support one-click push to Klaviyo and Shopify Email. Template export (copy/paste) works with ANY email platform including Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, Customer.io, OmniSend, and more.

Why aren't my templates matching my brand voice?

The AI learns from your store content. For best results, ensure you have 3-5 blog posts with your authentic voice, unique product descriptions (not generic or AI-generated), and the correct business model selected in the app.

I can't push templates to my email platform

First, verify your API key is correct and has both Read and Write permissions for Templates. For Klaviyo, ensure your key starts with 'pk_' (private key). Make sure you're on a paid plan—Free tier cannot push to platforms.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

All your data is permanently deleted within 48 hours of uninstalling, including brand analysis, templates, and settings. This deletion is irreversible—if you reinstall later, you'll start fresh.

Is my API key secure?

Yes! All API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption (bank-level security). Keys are never logged in plain text and transmitted only over HTTPS.
